How many lies have to be told before the news press wakes the hell up and starts correcting these intentional misrepresentations that have been told consistently about President Obama to tarnish his character, accomplishments and paint him as an unfavorable person so the Republican party can continue to loot the working class?

Rex Nutting from market watch had a great piece I think should be shared with everyone who has heard time and time again the accusation that President Obama is drowning this country in more debt since he is just a big spender. Well, that couldn’t be true because the facts says it all and the fact is Ronald Reagan and George W. Bush have sunk this country into a massive debt so let’s debunk the myth Republicans are trying to spin as usual.

For the first time in this nation’s history, a seating US President has made one of the most profound civil right stand for Gay Rights supporting Same-Sex Marriage publicly.

Amen and thank you, President Obama!

One day after North Carolina voters went to the polls and passed a referendum, Amendment One, that made it impossible for same-sex couples to get married or have a right for civil unions, President Obama made a courageous announcement about his evolving views on the issue openly supporting same-sex marriage. In an interview with ABC’s Robin Roberts, President Obama expressed his long standing support of the LGBT community and his continues commitment to ensuring that all Americans have equal rights without exception whatsoever.

The Bigotry of Rush Limbaugh and Those That Bank Roll Him

PhotobucketRush Limbaugh is a mean soul. That is if he has a soul. His long history of sexism and racism is not new to many but the fact that he has always managed to stay on the air and pollute the airwaves spewing so much garbage that is hateful and divisive has always taken many by surprise. But, after so many intentional revelations of what he really stands for, I am not sure that the latest onslaught on Rush would be a career-threatening matter considering past precedents. If anyone thinks that Rush Limbaugh is going to go down over the demeaning characterization of Sandra Fluke, I think it is being overly optimistic because America has many Rush Limbaugh’s who have ears for bigots like them. In fact, President Obama’s election to the Presidency has brought them out of their hiding like cockroaches.

The fact is the recent verbal assault by Rush Limbaugh on Sandra Fluke calling the Georgetown Law student “a slut” and a “prostitute” for standing for women’s right before issuing his non-apology apology for it is just the cream of the crop about Rush’s long history of sexist, racist, bigoted and assholish characteristics that has been acceptable in our public discourse for far too long. What is more surprising and offensive is the fact that businesses advertising on his show for far too long have been enabling and empowering him to promote bigotry, polarizing the integrity of public discourse to lowered standard we currently see in our media. However, the reaction from businesses as some 40 plus businesses flee from advertising on his show because they are so shocked all of a sudden to act in disbelieve of the same old same old tired ass hateful rhetoric from Rush Limbaugh, to me, is just fronting. Beside, it is not the first time these advertisers have left Rush’s show.

Supreme Court: Are Corporations “Natural Persons” or Not? The Showdown and the Double Standard.

When an evenly divided and often leaning Republican majority SCOTUS decided in the  Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission favoring Citizen United, it extended to corporations a first Amendment rights as if they are actual people allowing  corporations to spend millions of dollars in this country’s elections.

Well, karma is a bitch and there is a saying, “what’s good for the goose is good for the gander.” Today, there is a big show down where the SCOTUS will be hearing an oral argument on whether corporations, like real people, can be held liable in American courts for international human rights violations.

While The Sorry Un-Presidential Republican Candidates Bicker, President Obama Signed The Payroll Tax Cut

While the Republican shame themselves with stupidity in the last nights’ Un-Presidential Debate, President Barack Obama signed the Middle Class Tax Relief and Job Creation Act of 2012 which extended the payroll tax cut and emergency jobless benefits through 2012.

The $143 billion measure will allow the 2 percent payroll tax cut extension that was signed into law late last year through the end of the 2012 year, extends unemployment benefits and avoid cuts in the reimbursements doctors get for treating Medicare patients. All of this is a continuous and crucial effort by the President to making sure America’s still-fragile economy is moving forward to never go back to the deepest recession we have recovered from.

If there is something President obama is best at, it would be his willingness to listen to the American people and his relentless effort to doing the right thing. In this case, he fought for a bill that will affect the lives of many working class Americans in a good way. When You Run Out of Arguments About President Obama’s Policies, Question President Obama’s Faith. Bull$hit Evangelists and Their Followers!

When you don’t have much substance to make a case about why your policies are better than that other smart guy and resort to making up stories using religion to stirrup emotions preaching lies in the church, you have pretty much lost your credibility as a Christian.

That is pretty much what happened to that fake ass Billy Graham’s son, Evangelist Franklin Graham on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” when asked about if President Obama is a christian. He said, Obama “has said he’s a Christian, so I just have to assume that he is.” He continued spreading his back hand lies to create doubt and refused to acknowledge if he could say for sure that Obama is indeed of the Christian faith saying, “All I know is I’m a sinner, and God has forgiven me of my sins… you have to ask every person”.
